Problem
Positioning a completely new brand in an established market—that was the challenge. Teicher entered the market with a wide range of complex, high-end pond products in a category where existing providers have been firmly established for years. The question: How does a newcomer manage to be taken seriously right from the start?
Solution
The key lay in the depth of our analysis. While other agencies tend to scratch the surface when dealing with complex products, we used our AI to truly understand the target audience: What motivates pond owners? What selling points matter most for high-priced products? Which visual triggers drive conversions? Based on these data-driven insights, we developed the entire concepts and graphics—produced in our photo studio in China to ensure efficient, top-quality production even for a large product range.
Result
In its very first year, Teicher was able to generate monthly sales well into the six figures—despite being a completely new brand in a saturated market. The brand is now being consistently expanded and is increasingly establishing itself as a serious contender in the category.
