Problem
NTG launches new products at a rapid pace—but none of its previous agencies could keep up. Some failed in terms of volume, others in terms of quality. What was missing was a partner who could deliver both at the same time: the highest quality at a high rate.
Solution
We have established ourselves as precisely this partner—with a completely different approach. With the help of our AI-supported product analysis, every single product is examined on the basis of data before a single image is created: target group, competition, purchase triggers. In order to be able to efficiently reproduce the enormous volume — especially for large appliances — without any loss of quality, we have set up our own photo studio in China in collaboration with NTG. This allows new products to be professionally staged directly on site — guided by data-driven briefings generated by our AI based on market data.
Result
The result: over ten best-selling products, absolute brand dominance in the category, and a well-established process that enables NTG to launch five to seven new products per month—with content that is best-seller level from day one.
