Problem
Lileno had a wide range of products but lacked a unified brand image. Different photographers produced varying visual styles, and there was a complete lack of a consistent corporate identity. Given the sheer volume of products, developing a cohesive marketing strategy was a real challenge—as a result, the brand’s potential remained far below what it could have been.
Solution
Over the course of our long-standing collaboration, we have completely revamped all core revenue-generating products—using an approach that goes far beyond traditional agency work. With the help of our AI, we analyzed performance data, target audience behavior, and the competitive landscape, and used these insights to develop a clear brand architecture. The key: We divided the product range into thematic lines—Lileno Home with its own distinct style, Lileno Outdoor with another. This resulted in a coherent, data-driven brand image that runs through the entire portfolio and gives each product line a distinct identity that aligns with the brand.
Result
Long-term collaboration pays off: Lileno was able to increase its annual revenue from €12 million to €14.4 million—a 20% growth and an additional €2.4 million in revenue—without adding a single new product to its portfolio. This was achieved solely through improved presentation and a stronger brand image.
