Sales growth of more than € 2 million
Alex had very mixed content. Different photographers were used for product photos, which meant the photos were not consistent. There was no corporate identity. There was overwhelm with the amount of products and the development of a marketing concept.
A complete overhaul of all key core products that drive sales. Products were divided into individual themes and a matching line was created for each. Example: Lileno Home with one style and Lileno Outdoor with another.
An increase in sales from €12 million in the year to €14.4 million (+20% growth). € 2.2 million more sales without adding further products to the portfolio.
